Request a Repeat Prescription
Repeat prescriptions will be issued only at the doctor’s discretion and are normally for patients on long-term treatment.
We have several ways for you to order repeat prescriptions.

Request a Repeat Prescription Online
You may also call in at the surgery and “post” your request into the post box situated in the reception area.
Please allow 24 hours for your Prescription to be processed. Alternatively you
can send your request by post, you will need to include a stamped addressed
envelope to enable us to return your prescription. Please allow five working days
for your prescription to be returned to you.
Collecting prescriptions
To assist patients attending the surgery, the Boots Pharmacy on Station Road in Hayes Town Centre, will be open Monday to Saturday 8.30am to 8pm, and on Sundays from 2pm to 8pm. Alternatively, you may choose to take your prescription to any other pharmacy who will dispense your medication for you.
We have also organised a home delivery service with the Boots Pharmacy for those patients who are unable to get out of their homes.
