Register as a Patient
The services at the practice have been designed for existing patients and for other patients when they are unable to see their own GP.
You do not have to be registered with this surgery, and visiting us will not affect your registration with your current GP. However, we are registering new patients should you wish us to be your GP practice.
If you would like to register and live within the practice boundaries, please request a ‘new patient pack’ from reception. An appointment for a medical check up can then be booked with one of our healthcare team. We will also liaise with health visitors to provide health checks for any children registered with the practice who are under five years old.
The practice have the ability to register patients who reside within the following areas:
- Hayes
- Hayes Town
- Harlington
- Bedfont Court
