Practice Facilities
Reminder Service
We offer a text service to remind you of your appointment time. This will help reduce non-attendance at the surgery and ensure the best use of all clinical appointments. We would appreciate that whenever possible you contact us if you need to cancel any appointments that you no longer require.
Disabled Access
The practice is built with facilities that provide easy access to the reception, waiting area and all consultation rooms. We also have disabled access to the toilet facilities.
Dedicated Telephone Number for Text Phone Users
We provide a dedicated telephone number for text phone users who have hearing difficulties. Please call 01895 486021. We have an induction loop for the hard of hearing.
Baby Changing and Feeding Facilties
We have facilities for mothers who wish to feed their babies in the surgery. We also provide changing facilities for babies. Please ask at reception if you need these facilities.
Car Parking
There is disabled Car Parking at the side of the building and in the Car Park at the rear of the Building. There is limited metered public parking on the roads both in front and at the back of the surgery.
Translation Facilities
We respect patient confidentiality and dignity and therefore for non-English speakers or people who need help with English the practice offers a translation service.
