Book an Appointment Online
The practice is open 365 days a year from 8am to 8pm. During opening hours, a member of staff is always available to answer the telephone, and a GP or nurse practitioner is available to see patients. We aim to see all patients within half an hour of their allotted appointment time.
The Elers Road branch is open on Tuesdays from 2pm to 6pm and on Thursdays from 8am to 12noon, for appointments only.
Same day appointments will be offered with a GP or Nurse Practitioner, as appropriate. We will meet the Government’s target to allow access to any nurse within 24 hours and any doctor within 48 hours. If you wish to see a named doctor or nurse, please ask the reception staff who will do their best to facilitate your request.
In addition to face to face appointments we also offer telephone consultations, which many people find convenient. If you prefer to speak with a doctor or nurse on the telephone, rather than attend the practice, please ask for the receptionist to book you a telephone consultation and you will be called back at an agreed time. Please ensure that we have your most up to date telephone number(s) so that we can easily contact you.
