Welcome to the Hayes Town Medical Centre - Bondcare working with NHS Hillingdon to provide a quality patient centred service.
Our Practice Mission Statement is:
“Hayes Town Medical Centre will strive to provide modern and flexible Primary Health Care to the population of Hayes Town and surrounding areas, whilst retaining the best features of traditional general practice and functioning as an integral part of the local community”.
In return we expect our patients to be polite and courteous to our staff, and endeavour to contact the surgery if they are unable to keep their appointments.
